After moving from another vets, Our 2 cats just had their first 2 vaccine sessions. And our experiences have been fantastic. Max was so gentle and caring with our babies and it was a joy to watch Michaela interact with the cats and was so positive and easy to speak with. It feels wonderful to know I have a great vets.

Great vets! Really caring and and have always been great with my cat. Really helpful on the phone, and very efficient in appointments so you’re not waiting too long with anxious pets. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous practice! The nurses are amazing, very kind and caring, can't do enough for you, always have done their very best for our dogs. They have taken the time to get to know our dogs, and are very patient with them so neither of them are nervous about visits to the vet. We normally see Pete Rodgers but as he was not there on this occasion, we saw Max instead. He was very kind and thorough, and was able to help quickly with Barney. Many thanks!

always given very good advice, all staff are very friendly polite and helpful. Pete has always given me very good expert advice. my pets been registard with this vet since 2020, I highly recommened this vet practice. update: I have 5 adult cats and 1 kitten registard the veterinary clinic, last year 2 of my cats needed operations one was a urgent case he had lost part of his tail, he was given very good care until he was fully recovered, my other one had a gum disease she needed all her teeth taken out except her canine teeth, she was also given very good care until she fully recovered. one of my cats is over weight he was put on a stricker diet yesterday by one of the vet's there, he has to weighed again in 4 weeks, this is the best vet all my pets have been under since living in Birmingham!

Be very careful, these chain vets are only bothered about one thing your money. We took our puppy for its first check up, mentioned its heart felt funny and told not to worry. Then 5 weeks later at the vet’s hospital and told heart problems caused lasting damage, limited life and daily medication while alive. The vet’s never wanted to know and completely washed their hands of any responsibility. Now at a private vet’s where they actually care about your pets.

Peter Rogers is exceptional, he’s very good with our nervous cats and puts us humans at ease too! The receptionists are also really helpful and knowledgeable. I would give this clinic more stars if I could ✨

Accessibility- the practice is wheelchair accessible. The carpark has paving stones with a slight incline to access the front door. There are limited car parking spaces on site, but I've never had a problem getting one. The clinic rooms are a bit tight, but the furniture can be moved easily to accommodate your wheelchair. The staff are kind, helpful and empathetic. There are several bus stops by the vets and also on the cross roads that aren't that far away on foot.
