Accessibility- the practice is wheelchair accessible. The carpark has paving stones with a slight incline to access the front door. There are limited car parking spaces on site, but I've never had a problem getting one. The clinic rooms are a bit tight, but the furniture can be moved easily to accommodate your wheelchair. The staff are kind, helpful and empathetic. There are several bus stops by the vets and also on the cross roads that aren't that far away on foot.

I've been a customer of this vets for 9 years, with a dog who's always been healthy. He's been under the weather this week so I made an appointment and saw the vet, who only seemed to want to give him an injection and sell me probiotic food. I kept telling her he hadn't been sick, nor had diahorria but smelt of fish and he wasn't walking, just sleeping. He had a stool and blood sample taken, but she kept repeating it was a mystery and did I want him to have the injection (which was already in the syringe). Came out none the wiser and was surprised to be given a bill for £457. No discussion of costs throughout the visit, I've been told before this vet is expensive, but I was shocked at the cost especially when I've come away with a dog that was poorlier than when he went in. ** EDIT : heartbreakingly, I lost my beautiful dog 3 days later, the blood test results showed he had chronic kidney failure so the only option was to let him go - I did have to ring twice though to speak to the vet to get the actual diagnosis. The clinic handled his passing very well, along with arranging his cremation and the return of ashes. For that, I'm grateful.

I have been using this vet for 5 years, I found the female Australian vet to be very arrogant she only seemed interested to be paid when she saw my adult cat because i was very concerned about her losing weight. it's made me want to look for another local vet that uses same pet health club.
