I have used White Cross Vets for over 14 years with dogs and cats and they have been kind, caring, professional and honest in all they have done throughout that time. They give honest advice about caring for your pet: I have never felt that they have tried to oversell procedures that aren’t necessary and their prices are competitive when I have looked at moving practices when I moved out of the area (£40 cheaper for my dog’s regular arthritis treatment compared to the other vet practice). I went there for the last time on Friday when my dog was put to sleep after his had come to the end with his liver disease / cancer. They once again, they were kind and compassionate, making his last moments calm and tranquil. Thank you so much for all you have done over the years - I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Took my cat as had blood by tail every now and then to find out he had an abcess had antibiotics and pain relief was prescribed the staff vet lady where very friendly and explained everything to me very clean calm environment very pleased altogether with visit

My daughter took our dog to this vets as his throat & lymph nodes were very swollen & I think its absolutely appalling that they hardly even examined him but told us he had an abscess, charged us £270 for antibiotics turns out after a second opinion from another vet our dog had cancer & had to be put to sleep! Some abscess that turned out to be seems to me that all they were interested in was taking our money for a prescription the dog didnt even need 😡

White Cross really care about our pets, all of the staff are warm and friendly and talk to the dogs before us, which is always a good sign. They are empathetic and professional, definitely the best vets we've used.
