It’s quite stressful putting a pet into a basket which they aren’t familiar with, there no need to get to the vet to early for that reason. We were 2 minutes late due to emergency road works along reddish road and we’re scolded by the vet. Not needed and it was unprofessional.

Top girls work here. Always polite, nothings to much trouble. Kind and thoughtfull with animals and humans lol 10 out 10
